With a fabulous balance of stainless steel fermentation, oak fermentation, and oak aging, you'll enjoy wonderful fruit characteristics and a soft acidity complemented and balanced by subtle but rich oak notes with a clean finish. WINE SPECS: Vintage: 2019 Varietal: Chardonnay Appellation: Finger Lakes Harvest Date: Acid: 7.4 g/l pH: 3.33 Fermentation: A blend of both Stainless Steel and barrel lots. Barrel lots were aged primarily in older American Oak for 8 months. Individual barrel lots were then selected and blended with the stainless fermented component to produce a rich final blend. Bottling Date: August 25, 2020 Residual Sugar: 0.05 Alcohol: 12.5 Food Pairing Notes: Ideal with flavorful seafood, poultry or pork dishes.
